About Our
Founder & CEO
Alen Mamrout is a results-oriented leader focused on expanding the business and American Exchange Group's brands.
He began his career in the watches and jewelry retail market. Since launching American Exchange Group in 2008, the organization has since rapidly expanded into fashion accessories, footwear, handbags & small leather goods, beauty/personal care, tech wearables and a portfolio of more than 30 owned and licensed brands. Alen excels at unlocking the value of the brands by turning them into multi-category lifestyle brands with distribution to major retailers globally.
As a result of his strong business experience, networking skills, and strong relationships, the company has completed recent acquisitions including Aerosoles and White Mountain, and Indie Lee. American Exchange Group is now a leader in fashion accessories, and brand management with 500+ employees.
In his free time, he enjoys travel, spending time with his family, philanthropic work and staying at the forefront of the industry.
